you COVID Safe in the studios
Class sizes will be limited to 8 people
In accordance with the Victorian Government guidelines, our Reformer Pilates classes and Mat class sizes will be reduced allowing social distancing between each reformer or mat.
Additional space between Reformers and Mats
Each Reformer and Mat will be positioned in accordance with the 1.5m social distancing rule currently in place by the Victorian Government and health department.
Limiting use of certain equipment and props
Some props and equipment that can not be easily sterilised or cleaned will not be used during group classes.
Reformer, Mat and accessory cleaning
As always, we will continue to distriubute antibacterial wipes at the end of every Pilates and Yoga class. These wipes are specifcally formulated with a disinfectant that stops virus, bacteria and germs in their tracks, helping to prevent the spread of colds, flu and other contagious infexcrions in our studio. These wipes have been tested against Coronavirus.
Socks will now be required to attend all classes
We now require all clients to have socks on in order to participate in a group class. Grip socks are recommended but not necessary.
Increased time in between classes
All classes will now have 15 minute windows in between to allow for high touch areas to be cleaned and prevent an overlap of people in the studio at any one time.
Hand santiser stations will be available in the studio
We ask that you santise your hands before entering the studio and once again as you exit the studio.
No hands on adjustments from your instructor
Although we would love to, we will not be able to make any hands on adjustments during any of our Reformer Pilates or Mat classes.
Constant cleaning of high touch areas
Cleaning and disinfecting high touch areas will be carried out between classes.
Daily professional cleaning services
As usual we will have a professional cleaning service carried out daily.
Removal of magazines from studio
There will be no communal magazines or items in our studios
It is now compulsory for all members to bring their own sweat towel to class.
BYO Pre-filled water bottle
Our water taps and drinking products will be temporaily unavailable in each studio. Please make sure you bring your own pre-filled water bottle to each class.
Vinyl covered Reformer staps for easy cleaning
Our reformer straps will now be covered with vinyl which makes sterilising between class easy and more effective.
